For parents/caregivers with children birth through Pre-K. Readers of all ages can DREAM BIG this summer during MCPL’s 2012 summer reading program. Explore all things nocturnal, dreams, stars and planets, bats, owls, spooky stories, and more. Earn fun prizes for your reading and attend our Family Festival! | Join the Club

For children entering Kindergarten – 2nd grade. Readers of all ages can DREAM BIG this summer during MCPL’s 2012 summer reading program. Explore all things nocturnal, dreams, stars and planets, bats, owls, spooky stories, and more. Earn fun prizes for your reading and attend our Family Festival!  Reporting on books begins Monday, July 25th and continues through Thursday, August 16th. For a chance to earn extra prizes take the opportunity to write a review of the titles you have read. For each review written, you will earn a raffle ticket. Raffle winners will be drawn weekly beginning July 2nd. The final raffle will be drawn during the week of August 13, 2012. A binder of reviews will be on display for patrons to view. | Join the Club

For teens entering 6th -12th grade. Read Books. Earn Prizes. The more you read, the more you win. Teens that complete the Summer Reading Club by reading six (6) books will be entered in a drawing to win additional prizes and giveaways. Those who read more than six books, will have their names entered in the raffle drawing each time an additional book is reported. Prize winner will be selected at the World of Fantasy Carnival. You must be present to win. Participants can begin earning credit for books read starting Monday, June 25th by reporting their books online. Last date to report on books is Wednesday, August 22nd. Why should kids have all the fun? The Adult Summer Reading Club is from July 2nd to August 17th – six weeks of reading for fun and relaxation, for setting new challenges for yourself, or trying books outside your comfort zone! Once you register, you may pick up your starter bag of goodies and begin your summer reading adventure… discover new delights between the covers of your books, audiobooks and ebooks! Join the Club
